Task #14 - Dies Natalis Sol Invictus - Sunny spots and horses

Summer 2007.  Hot and sunny in Arizona in July.  Daughter and son-in-law came out from New Jersey for grandson E's second birthday.  Our neighbors at the time had a miniature horse, and of course E was pretty impressed.

He was always rather precocious -- still is -- but we really had to laugh one morning when my daughter asked him what he was doing.  He gave a big sigh, as if what he was doing ought to be obvious to anyone with four brain cells, and said, "Oh, I'm just standing here in the shade where it's cool and watching the little horse."
